Exhibitor Booth Pricing

​Approved scholarly presses, academic programs, artists, community groups and non-profit organizations may apply for booth spaces on a first-come, first-served basis until spaces are filled. To view more information about the Book Exhibit, please check back soon for the link.  Exhibit types are listed below:

Publisher Booth: Each booth includes one (1) complimentary registration, one table, two chairs, and one Booth ID sign. The cost is $550 USD. Spaces will be available on a first come, first served basis.

 

Institute Booth: Each booth includes one (1) complimentary registration, one table, two  chairs, and one Booth ID sign.  The cost is $550 USD. Spaces will be available on a first come, first served basis.

 

Artist, Community, or Non-Profit Organization Booth (available Friday and Saturday only): Each booth includes one (1) complimentary registration, one 6' x 1.5' table, two  chairs, and one Booth ID sign.  The cost is $100 USD. Spaces will be available on a first come, first served basis.

 

Additional Exhibitor Registration: For additional publisher or institute exhibitors assisting with a booth or site, registrations are at a discounted rate of $125 USD per person. Please note exhibitors can only register up to two people at a time.

Additional Exhibitor Tables: Additional tables for Publisher or Institute booths can be purchased at a discounted rate of $150 per table. Additional tables do not include complimentary exhibitor registration.

Access to Vendor Site: Exhibitors can set up 3 pm - 6 pm on Wednesday and during exhibiting hours of 8 am - 6 pm on Thursday, Friday and Saturday.
