Registration

Registration pricing includes access to both the in-person and virtual conference experiences. There is no virtual-only registration option. If you would like to register for the virtual conference, please click here. Pricing is below:

  • Early Member Registration: $100 USD Student/Community member/Retired/Oklahoma Resident and $250 USD Regular Member

  • Early Non-Member Registration: $150 USD Student/Community member/Retired/Oklahoma Resident and $425 USD Regular Non-member

  • Late and Onsite Member Registration: $150 USD Student/Community member/Retired/Oklahoma Resident and $350 USD Regular Member

  • Late and Onsite Non-Member Registration: $150 USD Student/ Community member/Retired/Oklahoma Resident and $500 USD Regular Non-member

Access to the Virtual Conference

Once you have registered for the conference, please create an account on this conference website by clicking the “Log In” button in the top right corner of the homepage. After your account has been created and approved, you will be able to log in to access attendee-only information, explore details about the virtual conference and participate in virtual sessions on the day of the event.
